Cookie Care Instructions

  • Please be careful when transporting cookies, be gentle when placing cookies down as dropping or slamming the box down can cause cookies to break.

  • Cookies are heat sealed and can be stored in a cool dry place for at least one week up to two weeks. Do not place the cookies in the fridge. If you wish to keep your cookies longer, you may place the heat sealed cookies in an airtight container and freeze them.

  • To thaw, take the container out and leave to thaw for a few hours, don’t touch the cookies or open the container during this time. You will want the moisture from the freezer to dry before touching the cookies to maintain their decorations.

Cake/Cupcake Care Instructions

  • Hold and carry cake with both hands from the bottom of the box

  • Keep the cake level at all times during display, transportation and storage

  • It’s Texas meaning it gets hot, it’s best to transport the cake in an air conditioned car on the floorboard for a cool leveled surface. Drive slowly, especially over bumps

  • If you are not serving this right away, you can refridgerate the cake in the box, just make sure to take the cake out 2 to 3 hours prior to serving so the cake can come back up to room temp. If letting this sit out at room temp, keep out of direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources.

  • Remove cake toppers and decorations before cutting and serving, they may be placed on via toothpicks (including side decor)

  • If this is a tiered cake, there will be a center dowel going through the tiers and each tier will have a cakeboard separating it from the next. Any tier supporting a top tier will also have smoothie straws so please be aware and do not try to smash your hand down the middle of the cake.

  • You can freeze the whole cake if needed, place cake in freezer for 30 minutes to an hour then take it out and wrap in plastic wrap and place back in the freezer. To thaw, take the cake out, unwrap the cake and let thaw to room temp. You can also just freeze slices by placing in an airtight container, to thaw take the continer out of the freezer and let it thaw to room temp.
