Interested in learning more about decorating cupcakes?! Julia’s Just Desserts is here to help! In this 1.5-hour class, I'll cover the basics to cupcakes (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with buttercream, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate these fun themed cupcakes, and cover the general concepts around baking and buttercream! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).

This class is for the beginner baker or for the person who is just curious about what cupcake decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with baking, found yourself frustrated with decorating, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We’ll be decorating a set of 6 Halloween Themed Cupcakes

We provide everything you will need from cupcakes, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cupcakes, icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cupcake class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

This class is on October 26, 2024 and starts promptly at 12:30pm and ends at 2pm so we can have enough time to decorate and answer along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - just make sure to buy a ticket for every person, we have a limited amount of seats available.

This class is good for all ages! I do ask if your child is under 12 they must be accompanied by an adult and the adult must also purchase a ticket. Please keep in mind buttercream is a harder to handle for small hands, so if you think your little one might get more frustrated than have fun, I’d suggest having them sit this class out.

The class will be held at the Lamppost Coffee in Hutto, TX located at 109 E St. Suite A - Right in Downtown Hutto.
